Printable diaries
Sometimes digital just isn’t for you. One more screen, one more app: it’s not always what you need. So here are the EndoQueen booklets on paper, free, to print and fill in by hand.
Designed by Paul, a nurse, founder of EndoQueen. October 2026. These booklets help you note and describe what you are going through; they don’t replace an appointment, and they don’t diagnose.

How to use them
- Pick the version for your country: paper size, health system and helplines differ.
- Print the whole booklet once, at actual size (100%), single- or double-sided.
- Reprint the tracking pages (the month, the week, the chart) as often as you need.
- Fill in only what is useful to you: nothing is compulsory. What you write stays on paper; nothing is sent anywhere.
- Take it to each appointment, with your reports. The “cycles side by side” page gives an overview of several months on one sheet.
Prefer an app? EndoQueen, on iPhone and Android, uses the same markers in a minute a day and prepares a PDF summary for your doctor. No account, no ads: your journal stays on your phone. 3 days of open access, then a 14-day trial, then a subscription. The app is currently in French; the English version arrives in November 2026.
